- Assist customers with policy questions, changes, and service requests
- Provide a high level of customer care and professionalism in every interaction
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Support the team in daily operations and workflow
- Work collaboratively to meet office goals and deliver a great customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Property & Casualty license.
Licensing & Growth
- Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative license required
- Active Florida 2-15 Life & Health license required
- Opportunity to grow into a 2-20 General Lines licensed role over time
